She took that request & the theme and RAN with it!!! I am still so blown away by this masterpiece. She was also SO sweet and a pleasure to work with! She went above and beyond and hung the fringe behind the balloons (definitely not part of her job) and graciously helped with other details, which was so not necessary but much appreciated.
